I’m Julie, I work with people who want to lose weight but are fed up of dieting, who are bored of restriction, feeling hungry, calorie counting and want to eat real food without feeling guilty.

I take a holistic approach to weight management as there is so much more to it than calories in vs calories out. Together we will look at your lifestyle, your mindset, your unique personal challenges and eating habits and work towards where you want to be. My aim is to bring back the joy and pleasure in eating, to help you nourish and love your body again whilst helping you to lose weight and keep it off for good.

I have a particular interest in women’s health and also offer consultations and workshops in Nutrition for the Menopause, to help support you naturally through what can be a challenging transition from perimenopause, through the menopause and beyond.

Michelle Paterson

Michelle is a BANT and CNHC registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach.

Michelle says ‘I work with individuals who are struggling through their busy lives, trying to do their best despite feeling unwell.
I use what is known as a ‘functional medicine’ approach – that is, it considers how well, or otherwise the systems of the body are functioning and aims to address the root cause(s) rather than just mask the problem.

The service I provide is bespoke and will take account of your current concerns, any diagnoses, history, symptoms, medications and how you live your life. Other services such as functional testing and gene mapping can further enhance the personalised approach and provide useful information.

I will work with you to identify your personal barriers to change and provide practical tools and advice to reduce these. I make recommendations about diet, supplements and lifestyle interventions with the aim of bringing the body back into balance and helping you feel your very best!
